3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

The following terms apply to our SMS/text messaging program:

• Message Content: Messages may include service alerts, support ticket updates, account notifications, maintenance windows, security advisories, and customer care communications
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and service needs
• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive texts from us. You may also text CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out

• Opt-In: You may opt back in at any time by texting START or YES to our number, or by contacting us directly

Supported Carriers: Our SMS service supports all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their subsidiaries. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:
